Heather L. Morgado, Associate Director U.S. Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Equity, Boehringer Ingelheim, Inc.
Heather L. Morgado brings over 20 years of Commercial & Human Resources experience to BI. Since January 2018, she has been the Associate Director on the Americas Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Equity (DICE) team. Heather’s career with Boehringer Ingelheim began in 2013. In her current role, Heather provides leadership, alignment and execution of the BI Diversity, Inclusion Culture & Equity strategy as well as drives the synergistic efforts across within the U.S. business units to ensure proper alignment to overall business strategy and priorities. Heather also collaborates with the Global Diversity & Inclusion organization to achieve BI’s Diversity & Inclusion objectives. In addition, she manages external relationships and partnerships with organizations to deepen BI’s presence, brand and ROI. She leads the strategic efforts in developing customer facing D&I Councils, provides oversight of BI’s National Business Resource Groups to ensure value for and support from the business and culture focused work. Heather also aligns with the U.S. Communications team on the digital strategy that includes internal and external culture-focused, attraction and Company brand messaging.

Alexander C. Schaper, Managing Director, fable+
Alexander Schaper is the Managing Director of fable+, a data-driven consultancy specialized in creating trust-based, high-performing team cultures. In this capacity Alexander leads the product development team and the company's US operations. He previously served as the Managing Director for fischerAppelt, Inc., the US subsidiary of Germany's leading independent marketing agency. Since his move to New York in 2015, Alexander has been actively involved in the German-American business community, including speaking engagements, startup mentoring and currently serves as the Chamber's Young Professional Network Ambassador.

Ingrid Astudillo, Director Human Resources, Miele
Ingrid Astudillo is the Director of Human Resources for Miele Incorporated, where she is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of human capital strategy and service delivery. As a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader and business partner, Ingrid has used her strong human resources background and a blend of experience in various positions within private and non-profit sectors to affect positive change in the organization’s where she’s worked. Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed Ingrid to combine decisiveness, strong business acumen and formal education to achieve objectives both professionally and personally. Ingrid holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from Catholic University. She is based at Miele’s USA headquarters in Princeton, NJ.
